HANDS-ON, CLASSROOM TRAINING
This class is held at the Training Center in Itasca, IL. This is a hands-on class.
R.O. Writer Three-Day Basic Class: This is a three day class that is held at the Training Center in Itasca, IL. Plan on attending all three days. Among the topics covered will be Estimating, Invoicing, End of Day Procedures, Configuration and Setup, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Interface, Inventory Control and Ordering. This is a hands on class for owners, general managers and managers. If you are new to the R.O. Writer software or if you want to learn more about what the R.O. Writer application can do, you should attend this class.

INTERNET BASED TRAINING
These classes are all held via the Internet. To attend, you will need to have a high speed internet connection and access to a telephone. You do not need to have the R.O. Writer application loaded on the computer that you will be using on the internet.
Class times are all Central time and are variable based on the class itself. Please see the schedule for class start and end times.
R.O. Writer Boot Camp
New to R.O. Writer? Can’t get to our sessions in Itasca? In 2008 we continue to offer our R.O. Writer boot camp. This class lasts a total of 6 hours, taking place over three days at 2 hours per day per class and will cover the basics of R.O. Writer invoicing and estimating. The class will meet each scheduled day from 11am-1pm. Each class will build on the previous session so we encourage you to attend all 3 sessions.
Activant Training Class
This class is divided into 4 one-hour long segments. The class is held via the internet and provides training in setup, basic usage, Labor Look Up, Smart Jobs, eOrder, Tire Fitment, Service Intervals Plus and the recently released Smart eCat. If you are getting started in using Activant, want to get more out of your Activant subscription, or if you are interested in seeing what Activant can do, you should attend this class.
