Emergency call back service is available on Saturday during the hours of 6:30am and 3:00pm (CST). If you have a shop down situation on Saturday, call the main number at (800) 881-5859 and leave a detailed message for the Technical Support team with your call back and contact information.
What we consider a shop down situation is when you are unable to create or finalize ANY repair orders for ANY customers on ALL the machines in your shop.

| 3 | Emergency/Shop Down Situation! This option will immediately transfer you to the operater where they will determine if this is an emergency call. | If this is a true shop down situation (meaning that you cannot invoice ANY customer on ALL of your computers), you will be transferred to the next available technican for assistance. |
