These classes are all held via the Internet. To attend, you will need to have a high speed internet connection and access to a telephone. You do not need to have the R.O. Writer® application loaded on the computer that you will be using on the internet.

• R.O. Writer® Bootcamp 
  Duration:  6 hours ( taking place over 3 days from 11:00am to 1:00pm CST) 
  Description:  New to R.O. Writer®? This class will cover the basics of R.O. Writer^® invoicing and estimating.  Each class will build on the previous session so we encourage you to attend all 3 sessions.

• Activant Training Class 
  Duration:  4 hours ( taking place over 4 days from 12:00pm to 1:00pm CST) 
  Description:  The class is held via the internet and provides training in setup, basic usage, Labor Look Up, Smart Jobs, eOrder, Tire Fitment, Service Intervals Plus and the recently released Smart eCat. If you are getting started in using Activant, want to get more out of your Activant subscription, or if you are interested in seeing what Activant can do, you should attend this class.

• Introduction to R.O. Writer® 
  Duration:  1 hours ( 12:00pm to 1:00pm CST) 
  Description:  Come and see what the newest version of R.O. Writer® is all about.

• Introduction to R.O. Writer® -- Smart Pricing 
  Description: Introduction to the revolutionary concept of Smart Pricing. This class covers the configuration and use of this powerful new pricing tool.

• Introduction to R.O. Writer® -- Marketing, Bar Codes and Other Enhancements 
  Description: R.O Writer® includes a multitude of enhancements including an updated Marketing module, extensive Bar Coding functionality as well as many others.
